There are so many fun facts, but my favorite is that kangaroos can’t walk backwards…I can’t imagine not being able to back up!
I think the craziest fact is that there is a 50% chance that in a group of 23 people, two will share the same birthday. That seems impossible!
The most interesting fact is that sharks can attack in the womb! Tiger shark embryos begin attacking each other in their mother’s womb.

You fart on average 14 times a day, and each fart travels from your body at 7 mph.

Fun Facts about Koalas for Kids
New koala babies are the size of a jelly bean.
They can’t see or hear.
They crawl into their mothers’ pouch and stay there for up to six months. Then baby koalas ride on moms’ backs for a few more months before they’re ready to go it alone.
Kangaroos have a pouch like a pocket. It opens toward the animal’s head. Koalas have pouches that open toward the animal’s hind legs. This is to keep dirt out of the pouch.
Koalas have sharp claws for climbing.
Koalas communicate with each other. They snore, grunt, screech or even scream.

A group of engineering students from Purdue University reported that its licking machine, modeled after a human tongue, took an average of 364 licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. Twenty of the group’s volunteers assumed the licking challenge-unassisted by machinery-and averaged 252 licks each to the center.
Haha! I am sharing this one with my daughter! She is always so frustrated by that commercial! She tried this once when she was little but gave up like 50 licks in and bit the sucker LOL! Thank you for sharing!
