Being excited about leaving 2023 is probably not unusual! So, let’s just say we are planning a huge NYE 2024 bash for the entire family! On December 31 we will say good bye to 2023 and hello to 2024.

The reason I bring this up is I had this question! It is kinda like the confusion daily around the change between am & pm for me. But it does make sense. Since NYE is on December 31 of the OLD year, New Year’s Eve happens in 2023 and everything changes when the clock strikes midnight.
