Ingredients Needed
- 3 bananas
- 1 8 oz bag of orange melting candies
- popsicle sticks
- sprinkles in a contrasting color
- Halloween Sprinkles!
- Sprinkles with Creepy Eyeballs!
- Spooky Sprinkle Shaker
- Orange and Black Sprinkles with Ghosts
Directions to Make Healthy Halloween Banana Pops

Step 1
First, peel the bananas and remove any banana “hairs” (those stringy things).
Step 2
Cut in half. Carefully insert a popsicle stick about 1/4 to 1/3 the way in, making sure not to split the banana.
Step 3
Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet or baking pan and freeze for at least 1 hour.

Step 4
In a microwave safe dish, melt candies according to package instructions.
Tip: You can also change up the color of the melting candies. I think chocolate or white would go great with a Halloween theme. Just choose a contrasting sprinkle to go with your banana pops.
Step 5
Using a spoon, fork or spatula spread melted candies on a frozen banana. Work quickly because the candy will harden fast.
Step 6
Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles. Work on just one Halloween Banana Pop Treat at a time.
Step 7
Return banana pops to parchment lined cookie sheet and place back in freezer for about 20 minutes or until completely set.
Step 8
Keep frozen until ready to serve.
