Even elves need to learn how to use the potty, so tonight the Elf on the Shelf is potty training!
Here at KidsActivities.com we’re big advocates of potty training! So, we’re especially excited to see our Elf on the Shelf potty training tonight!
Since potty training is all about positive reinforcement and patience, this elf is going to need to sit on the potty for awhile! If he’s lucky, he’ll leave behind some elf poo (mini-marshmallows of course!) and have a mini-elf magazine to read while he’s trying his best.
He may need your help to get on the potty (especially if he’s using a big boy one!) and he’ll definitely need some help hanging on (double-sided tape maybe?).
If there’s a doll potty available, he’ll probably feel more comfortable sitting on that!
No matter where he sits, he’ll be a great example for your little ones who are also learning about the joys of potty training!
(Be sure to check out our friends at Potty Training in a Weekend – it’s super fabulous for getting kids on track in only a few days!!)
