Supplies Needed for Origami Stocking

Instructions To Make An Origami Stocking

Step 1

With the right side (the color you want showing) facing down, make a diagonal crease between opposing corners with a diagonal fold.

Step 2

Open.

This craft is simply so easy and great for kids of all ages.

Step 3

Fold top edge down 1/2 inch.

Now we make a small fold.

Step 4

Fold bottom edge up to meet the folded down top edge.

Step 5

Fold the top right corner of the bottom flap down, aligning with the bottom edge.

We’re halfway there!

Step 6

Fold the top left corner of the bottom flap down, aligning with the bottom edge.

Again, fold the top left corner of the bottom flap down, aligning with the bottom edge.

Form the toe of the stocking by lifting the bottom flap, pulling the center forward and curving with a finger or thumb.

Step 10

Form the body of the stocking by wrapping the side edges backward until they meet, tucking the corners of one side into the top and bottom folds of the other.

Now fill the inside of the stocking with goodies!
