1. Getting To Know Your Feelings Cover

Our first page is like all our printable packs we have a cute cover that you can add to your stapled pack, folder, or binder.
2. Daily Check-In

Check in with yourself. What are three good things that happened? How do you feel? Draw your day. What did you struggle with?
3. How Do I Feel Right Now

This third page allows you to color and choose how you’re feeling. Color it based on the colors provided and don’t forget to fill out the rest like date, time, and why you feel that way.
4. My Feelings Today

Did you notice any strong feelings today? Color in the face that matches best and then write on the dotted lines why you felt that way.
5. When Do I Feel…?

In each box fill in things that make you feel that particular emotion. What makes you feel sad, calm, worried, etc?
6. My Gratitude Page

This is an important page. Gratitude can drastically improve our mood. Write down things you are grateful for.
7. My Feeling Better Page

This is an instructional page telling you how to use the next several pages and what they are for.
8. My Feeling Better Pages

These pages have writing prompts for you to fill out to help you explore your feelings and why you may feel them and how to feel better.
