This is an easy recipe to make with the kids. Â So wash some hands, get your aprons on and let’s bake!
Valentine’s Smore’s Bark
- 1 box of graham crackers
- 3/4 cup of butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3-4 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 full-sized Hershey Bars
- Valentine’s M&Ms
Quick and Easy Baking
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly-roll pan with graham crackers. Â Break them into halves and fourths to cover the pan completely.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter completely. Â Then add the brown sugar and stir until smooth and melted. Â Allow the mixture to just come to a boil over medium heat while stirring constantly.
Take off the heat and pour over the top of the graham crackers. Use a spatula to smooth mixture over evenly and place into the oven for 5 minutes.
Take the pan out of the oven and immediately sprinkle small squares of chocolate, marshmallows, and M&Ms all over the top. This is where my little one liked to help me!
Place the pan back into the over for 2-4 minutes, or until you notice the marshmallows start to puff up. Â Allow the pan to cool fully before breaking up into squares.
There are so many great uses for this easy recipe – a fun Valentine’s treat for Daddy, Grandparents, Neighbors, and Teachers! Â Enjoy!
