We are interviewing Melissa today to find out about the mom behind Mama Miss. Why did you begin blogging? I began blogging to share ideas with friends & family. What do you hope to inspire in the parents who read your blog? We all try to be super-mama, but really all we need to be is ourselves. I always love this quote, “Try not to compare your behind-the-scenes to other people's highlight reel.” People are only going to put their best on social media. No one blasts pictures on FB & Instagram of their hovering dirty laundry pile or their dirty dishes. What is it like to live in your home? My 3 year old, Miss V is very bright, vibrant, silly and kind. Our baby, Little T is 18 months old and is very gentle, smiley, sweet and giggly!

What are your kids favorite activities? We love kiddo crafts! Miss V takes after her mama! She loves making and creating crafts. What is important to YOU as a blogger? One of my favorite things to create are printables. With my degree in design, I love to create & share specialty designed freebies on my blog. This helps with everyone that normally would not have access to or the ability to purchase elsewhere. What is your advice to readers? You are your kids one & only mama. Another mama that makes beautiful cookies is not perfect to them, another mama who does amazing crafts is not perfect to them, and another mama who maintains a well-organized home is not perfect to them. You are perfect to them – their one & only mama. There is only one YOU!
