Creative Family Fun

We are interviewing Terri  today to find out about the mom behind  Creative Family Fun. Why did you begin blogging? I started blogging because I needed a creative outlet. I was so inspired by all the things I had seen on some of my favorite blogs, that I wanted to try my hand at it too. I love creating and writing, and blogging seemed like the perfect blend of the two. I love sharing the many different projects my girls and I do and I love all of the connections I’ve made across the globe. What do you hope to inspire in the parents who read your blog? I hope parents are inspired to spend time with their kids. I want to show them that it’s easy to come up with activities to do with the kids and also want to equip them with ideas that are easy to prepare and fun to do. What is it like to live in your home? I have two girls. My oldest is 5 and in Kindergarten. My youngest is 3 and doing preschool at home. Creative Family Fun2 What are your kids favorite activities? We love crafts! You’ll see a lot a crafts featured on my blog because my girls love to do them so much. What is important to YOU as a blogger? As my kids are getting older, I hope to focus more of my blog on family activities and activities for older children. Family play time is a lot of fun and something I want to focus more on. What is your advice to readers? My advice is to let them be children. Don’t feel like you need to entertain them constantly. Let them be bored. Let them explore. Teach and guide, but sometimes just let them be
