Storing Your Leftover Edible Paint

If the kids don’t use all of the paint on the first day, cover your jars with plastic wrap and put them into the refrigerator. You can use it again the next day too. Edible Food Paint

The best part of this paint is it doesn’t require icing or drops of food coloring or gel food coloring or any liquid food coloring. So there is no staining the skin.

Our Experience With These Edible Paints

I like this recipe for edible paint because I don’t have to bake flour or wheat flour (whatever kind you use) before I whisk all the ingredients together since flour is dangerous to eat raw.

A cup water or two, yogurt, and Fruit Loops is all you really need. And the texture isn’t bad. Like the mixture isn’t really grainy despite the edible ingredients. Also, you can use it on a variety of surfaces and not have to worry about staining.
