Pokemon Grimer Slime
Pokemon remains to be one of the most popular things even after all these years. I grew up with Pokemon and now my kids are too.
With the new movie releasing this May, we decided to create all sorts of fun Pokemon themed crafts including this Grimer Slime.
It actually turned out really cool and we cannot wait to share it with you!
“Grimer, I choose you”.
This craft will keep your kids busy for hours and the best part – this slime is easy to clean-up.
I love this slime recipe because it’s simple to make and it turns out a bit thicker than other slime recipes we’ve used before.

Here is what you’ll need:
- 2 Bottles of White School Glue
- Baking Soda
- Saline Solution (make sure it says buffered on it)
- Pink Food Coloring
- Purple Food Coloring
- Googly Eyes
- Mixing Bowls
- Stirring Sticks or Spoons
How to Make it:
In one bowl, add (1) 4 oz. bottle of glue and 1 tsp of baking soda. Stir well.
Next, add in 1 drop of pink food coloring and 1 drop of purple food coloring and stir well. You want this color to be a pinkish/purple.
In the second bowl, add the other 4 oz. bottle glue and 1 tsp of baking soda. Stir well.
Now add in a few drops of just the purple food coloring and stir well. This one will just be purple colored.
In both bowls (one at a time) add in saline solution and start stirring. You’ll notice the mixtures will start to turn to slime. Continue adding the saline solution until you reach the consistency you want. (It will be about 1 tbsp of saline solution per bowl).
Once the slimes are made, you can carefully mix the two together to form Grimer. Add a few googly eyes and have fun playing with your new Pokemon friend!
