10 Easy Family Dinner Recipes

Quick and Healthy Seafood Gumbo – This recipe really is quick and easy.  It is from Kelli at 3 Boys and a Dog and is chocked full of veggies and seafood.  A dash of spice and the option of okra truly makes it a southern favorite.

Cheeseburger Soup – My first thought when I saw this was…of course!  This recipe comes from Andrea of The Greenbacks girl and starts with the base of a hearty potato soup.  Add ground beef and cheddar cheese for the full cheeseburger fun.

Cheeseburger Runza – This is one of my family’s very favorite meals.  What makes it even better is you can double the recipe and the left-overs make awesome additions to lunchboxes for the rest of the week.

PF Chang’s Lettuce Wrap Copycat Recipe – I LOVE these and always order them at PF Chang’s or Pei Wei when we visit.  The amazing thing is that Andrea has made it into a slow cooker recipe…which means it is super easy and quick too!

Chicken Primavera – This flavorful recipe is from Lisa at Life with Lisa.  I was surprised at how quickly this can be made up at the last minute {and you will look like you have been planning all day}.

Crockpot Ravioli – This family favorite from Crystal at Crystal and Comp. has over 100,000 pins on Pinterest!  It is a ridiculously easy recipe that the entire family will adore.

Crockpot Chicken and Noodles – This is another slow cooker recipe from Crystal who is the queen of meal planning.  This is a really yummy dish that is crazy easy.

Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls – Amy from Living Locurto has a super cool recipe to share that successfully combines several of my favorite foods!  How can you go wrong with bacon, cheeseburger AND eggrolls?

Honey-Lime Chicken Enchiladas – Cheryl from Tidy Mom has whipped up something that sounds absolutely AMAZING to me.  I can’t wait to try this recipe with my family.

My 2 Minute Chicken Recipe – This is what I make when I know we will have absolutely NO time to prep for dinner.  I shared it over at Spoonful with ways you can make it into nachos and tacos as well.  It goes great with Cilantro-Lime Rice {also one of my favs!}.

Chicken Noodle Casserole – I know this makes #11, but I couldn’t help but mention this favorite comfort food from Chrissy at The Taylor House!
