When we enter REM sleep (deeper sleep), our brain waves and deep breaths tend to slow down which is an important role in making you feel refreshed on the early morning awakening. On Skin – Essential oils are also good for topical use. You can also put a drop of lavender on your temples, the back of the neck, or your wrists. Never use more than a drop or two to avoid skin irritation.
