More Marshmallow Snowman Ideas for Kids
We have been scouring the internet for fun variations on this simple idea and thought it would be fun to add some inspiration here…
1. Make a Snowman Hat & Feet out of Gumdrops
Gumdrops make great marshmallow snowman hats…and shoes! This is a cute idea to include a lollipop as well.
2. Serve Your Marshmallow Snowmen on a Stick
Serve your snowmen on a stick which allows you to put them into a serving dish like this for others to grab. Kids will like arranging scenes and this could be great fun in combination with a gingerbread house.
3. Your Marshmallow Snowman Has a Candy Cane Nose
These marshmallow snowmen have candy cane noses (a very tiny variety of the candy) and scarves out of gummy candy strips.
4. Let Marshmallow Snowman Float in Hot Chocolate!
This is my very favorite idea. Let’s make marshmallow snowmen and snowwomen or in this case, snowreindeer so they can float atop a hot freshly made mug of hot chocolate!
5. Pair Your Marshmallow Snowmen with a Song or Book
While you are making marshmallow snowmen, sing the Frosty The Snowman song. This snowman building activity also goes well with books like:
- The Snowman’s Song By Marilee Joy Mayfield
- Snowmen at Christmas By Caralyn Buehner
- The Biggest Snowman Ever By Steven Kroll

This marshmallow snowman can be made with gluten free ingredients so we will do this, instead! Thank you!
