Grab your green construction paper and fold it like an accordion, and use a bit of glue to stick the top of the accordion together to make the shape of a tree.

Glue the accordion to the blue paper, keeping its shape.

Using the red paper, cut out three small circles that will be Christmas ornaments, and cut out a star from the yellow paper.
