What Is In Apple Pie Spice?
Generally apple spice is made with basic baking spices, like cinnamon, ground nutmeg, allspice, ground ginger, and sometimes cardamom (just not in this recipe!).

How To Make Your Own Apple Pie Spice (Without Cardamom!)
Some people like to add cardamom to their apple pie spice, but this recipe uses ground ginger instead to add that spice tang to the mix!

- ¼ cup ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
