1. Pasta Salad Lunch Recipe
The kids will love this! Serve the pasta salad with melon, cauliflower, and pudding!
Ingredients Needed to Make Pasta Salad Recipe
- Pasta shells
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to Make Pasta Salad Recipe
- Follow instructions for cooking the pasta, and then let it cool.
- Combine the pasta, pepperoni, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, parmesan cheese, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the dressing to the pasta and mix well.
- Keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
