Gluten-Free Lunch Ideas for School

Here’s what you will need for these lunch ideas. And we used this set of BPA free lunch containers that give you at least 3 options per lunch.
Lunch 1 – Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps with Banana Chips
Shopping List For Gluten Free Lunch:
- Roast Chicken (cooked), cut into square pieces
- 3/4 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
- 1 Granny smith apple, cut into square pieces
- 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
- 2 cups Red grapes, cut in half
- Juice of half of Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
- Lettuce slices
Instructions To Make A Delicious Gluten Free Lunch
- In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, apple slices, celery, grapes and chives and combine
- In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, dijon mustard and lemon juice
- Combine the two bowls and add salt & pepper to taste
- Fill the lettuce slices with the chicken salad mixture
- Add your banana chips to another section of the lunch box
- Don’t forget to add your apple sauce. Open the lid for easy access.
Lunch 2 – Chicken & Cottage Cheese
Shopping List For Gluten Free Lunch:
- Cottage cheese with blueberries
- Cucumber slices
- Chicken slices
Instructions To Make A Delicious Gluten Free Lunch
- Cut up leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- In same section add a cupcake liner and add blueberries.
- Peel and slice cucumbers in a section of the cucumber slice.
- Add cottage cheese to a section and make a smiley face with blueberries.
Lunch 3 – Pepperoni Turkey rolls with Cinnamon Apples
Shopping List For Gluten Free Lunch:
- Pepperoni wrapped in Turkey
- Apples with cinnamon
- Pistachios
- Red Grapes
Instructions To Make A Delicious Gluten Free Lunch
- Lay out your turkey and place a few pieces of pepperoni in it and then roll it up. Add 3 or full rolled turkey and pepperoni to the lunch box.
- Rinse off purple grapes and dry them off and add them next to the rolled meat.
- Add pistachios to a different section of the lunch container.
- Wash and dry your apple before dicing and then add a dash of cinnamon.
Lunch 4 – Ham Roll Ups, Carrots with Honey & Tomato Salad
Shopping List For Gluten Free Lunch:
- Spinach & Tomato salad
- Ham roll ups
- Carrots with honey
- Red Grapes
Instructions To Make A Delicious Gluten Free Lunch
- Roll up some slices of lunch meat ham.
- Wash and dry grapes and add them next to the ham.
- Add a small cup with honey.
- Cut up carrots and put them in a different section of the lunch containers.
- Slice up cherry tomatoes and add spinach for a simple salad.
Lunch 5 – Turkey Wrapped Tomatoes, Eggs, Grapes & Nuts
Shopping List For Gluten Free Lunch:
- Turkey wrapped tomatoes
- Hard boiled eggs
- Walnuts
- Red Grapes
Instructions To Make A Delicious Gluten Free Lunch
- Lay out your turkey and put a slice or two of tomatoes in them.
- Roll the turkey and then slice them in half.
- Rinse and dry grapes and add them to the section of the lunch container with turkey.
- Add walnuts to the other section as well as a boiled egg.
