Ingredients Needed To Make On-the-Go Omelet Breakfast Bites:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Shredded Cheese, 8 ounces (Mexican Four Cheese variety)
  • 5 slices Deli Ham, chopped
  • 1/2 medium white Onion, chopped
  • A Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

3. Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients Needed To Make Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast Casserole:

  • 2 cans Biscuits
  • 1 package ground Breakfast Sausage
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 and ½ cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

How To Make Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast Casserole:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters.
  3. Spray 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Fill the bottom with half of the quarters of biscuits.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. While the biscuits are baking, brown the sausage until cooked through.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the flour mixture to the skillet with the browned sausage.
  7. Add milk, and stir completely until the mixture comes to a simmer.
  8. Reduce heat and continue to simmer until the gravy thickens.
  9. Pour gravy over bottom layer of cooked biscuits, and top with remaining biscuit quarters.
  10. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until top biscuits are golden brown.
