Do You Remember The Original Pom Pom Friends?

Do you remember those little pom pom guys with adhesive feet from the 1980s? Restaurants and stores used them for advertising and schools gave them to children as reading rewards? I had a BIG collection of them on the bulletin board above my desk, and loved wearing them on my shoulder!

You don’t see them around anymore ¦and honestly, I’m not even sure what they are called.  This past weekend, my son and I made a few and decided to call them Pom Pom Friends. He loved them just as much as I did back in 1987!
