Peanut Butter White Chocolate Cracker Cookies ingredients
- 22 Club crackers
- 8 squares white chocolate or almond bark, melted
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- Sprinkles, to garnish
How to make Peanut Butter White Chocolate Cracker Cookies
Step 1
Place peanut butter between two Club crackers to form a sandwich.
Step 2
Repeat with remaining crackers.
Step 3
Melt white chocolate or almond bark according to package instructions.
Step 4
Dip sandwich cookies in melted white chocolate until completely covered and garnish with sprinkles, if desired.
Step 5
Allow to set up by placing in the freezer for 10 minutes, or fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Store in an airtight container, in a cool place. Enjoy!

- Let it set in the fridge or freezer for 10-30 minutes.
- Put in airtight storage, if you can. (The kids might just eat them right away, so store it if you can.)
