Why We Love This Honey Popcorn Recipe
This honey popcorn is much healthier than say like caramel corn. You have still have sweet without the corn syrup or the refined sugar. It’s also a great alternative to plain popcorn too. Which is good, but this honey mixture is sweet and salty, yum! This easy popcorn recipe is my family’s favorite snack. Plus, it’s a great snack for movie time! It’ll quell that sweet tooth without too much sugar.
Have Leftover Honey Popcorn?
If you made your popcorn on the stove, you can keep any leftovers in an airtight container. It should still be good the next day. However, if you use microwave popcorn, there is a chance it’ll be soggy. The melted butter seems to work differently on microwave popcorn vs stove top popcorn. So I definitely suggest stove top plain popcorn for this fun recipe.
