Truffle and Parmesan popcorn recipe ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons black truffle oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 bag microwave popcorn OR stovetop or air-popped popcorn (preferred)
How to make truffle and parmesan popcorn
Step 1
Saute butter and chives in a saucepan for about 30 seconds.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and add the truffle oil. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Put the popcorn in a large bowl and pour the truffled butter on it. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Toss well to mix. Serve and enjoy!
