Easy Bee Paper Plate Craft for kids

Bees are a really interesting species that my kids love, so we had to make a paper plate craft! We went through our craft supplies and found some construction paper and paint as well as some googly eyes!

This bee craft is really easy and fast, and they will learn about the different parts of a bee as well! This craft is fun for a child of any age but will be really fun for preschoolers who are interested in nature and all it has to offer!

Supplies for making paper plate bees

• Black and white construction paper
• Yellow and black paint
• Scissors
• Glue
• Googly eyes
• Mini paper plates
• Paintbrush

Instructions to make paper plate bees

Step 1

First, paint the paper plates yellow, then paint black horizontal stripes.

Step 2

Next, add two googly eyes on your paper plates!

Step 3

Last, using black and white construction paper, cut out wings, antennae’s, and a stinger! Then glue it on your bee.
