  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pound ground beef or petite diced steak
  • 4 cups water
  • 8 oz sour cream or milk
  • 16 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
