Here’s what you’ll need to make a One-Pot Philly Cheesesteak Rotini Recipe.- 16 oz uncooked rotini
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pound ground beef or petite diced steak
- 4 cups water
- 8 oz sour cream or milk
- 16 oz provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Step 1
In a large pot, saute the onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper in a little oil.Step 2
Add in ground beef or petite diced steak (drain if necessary).Step 3
Add garlic salt, water, sour cream (or milk), and uncooked pasta.Step 4
Cook uncovered, tossing gently, for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked and liquid has reduced about two-thirds.Step 5
Turn off heat.Step 6
Add the cheese all at once and stir/toss to combine.Step 7
