Serving size depends on how many you would like to make. The recipe below is based on making 6 crostinis, which serves 3.

How to Make Crostini

One of the best things about serving crostini is that it is so versatile. You can top it with goat cheese or use it for making bruschetta. You can even simply rub each side with olive oil, add a few seasonings, and bake it!

Just be sure not to cook it to long or your crostini will be too hard. The perfect way to cook this recipe and other crostini recipes is to bake, broil, or grill it at a high heat. The edges should be brown, but the inside should be soft.

Popular Crostini Toppings and Dips

I’ve seen crostini topped with many delicious things including goat cheese, smoked salmon, brussels sprouts, or pimiento cheese. The possibilities are really endless!

If you want to skip the toppings all together and serve dip instead you could save a lot of cook time! Try serving it with spinach artichoke dip, Tuscan white bean dip, or even an easy guacamole recipe
