- Baguette Bread, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 slices of fresh mozzarella
- 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to broil on a low setting.
Step 2
Add the butter, garlic, fresh herbs, and a pinch of salt & pepper to a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Let it stand for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors into the butter.

Place the bread slices on a sheet pan or in a cast-iron skillet that has been drizzled with olive oil.
