  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Ham, diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup sauteed Mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2

Line a 6 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners or spray with non-stick spray.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the onion, pepper, ham, mushrooms, and cheese + the salt and garlic powder.

Step 4

Fill the muffin tin about 3/4 of the way.

Step 5

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
