I created this recipe specifically using ingredients I had on hand in the fridge and the pantry. With about 30 minutes and only one bowl to wash, you’ve whipped a healthy and decadent treat the whole family will love.

Peanut Butter, Grapes & Chocolate Snack Bites ingredients

  • 3/4 cup low-fat crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice made with Concord grapes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

directions to make Peanut Butter, Grapes & Chocolate Snack Bites

Step 1

In a microwave-safe bowl, add peanut butter and heat until thinned out, approximately 25 seconds.

Step 2

Remove from microwave and stir in grape juice. Add oats, flaxseed, honey, chocolate chips, and vanilla; stir to incorporate.

Step 3

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper. Using a teaspoon or a melon baller, form the mixture into balls.

Step 5

Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool again for at least 30 minutes.

Step 6

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Yield: 30 balls
