Fun Snack: Spaghetti Dogs
Here’s a Fun Snack: Spaghetti Dogs!
My kids love this fun snack and they are the perfect easy snack idea for babysitters to make. Just like adults, kids get tired of having the same food all the time which is why you have got to try Spaghetti Dogs.
Don’t they look just like little squids? Get creative in the kitchen and your children will be much more likely to clean their plates.

Awww, mom. Hot dogs AGAIN???
Why not make hot dogs a little more exciting?
I dressed up my kid’s plate with blueberries, goldfish snacks, and bugle chips to make this fun snack for kids even cuter. Kids will have so much fun eating this under the sea themed meal.
All you need to make Spaghetti Dogs are two ingredients. Here’s how to make Spaghetti dogs!
Fun Snack: Spaghetti Dogs
- hot dogs or sausages
- uncooked spaghetti
First, cut hot dogs or sausages in half.
Insert several uncooked spaghetti noodles about half way. Kids love helping poke the spaghetti noodles into hot dogs.
Then boil for 12-15 minutes or according to time on spaghetti noodle package. Drain in a colander. You can serve with ketchup, mustard or your kid’s favorite dipping sauce.

When you stick the spaghetti all the way through the sausage pieces, you get little spiders.
Thanks Diana! Cute idea.
I was so wondering how to do this before I clicked through to read the whole post. Not at all what I was thinking…definitely easier! This is supercute.
I am thinking meat balls which not all kids like, but would compliment the spagetti/marinara better to me. Octopus maybe. This is a great idea and I cannot wait to try it with my 7 year old. Thx.
