American Girl Released Dolls with Rainbow Hair and I Want One

If your daughter is rocking the rainbow hair, she can now get an American Girl doll to match. American Girl just released two new dolls, one with pastel rainbow hair and one with dark purple hair! Both dolls are part of the American Girl Truly Me™ Doll series, formerly the My American Girl series. This series allows children to create a doll that looks like them, choosing eye color, skin tone, and hair color, then picking clothes to finish out the doll. Until now, only natural hair colors were available, but no more! Version #86 of the Truly Me™ Doll series features a doll with medium skin tone, brown eyes, and dark purple hair. Version #88 of the Truly Me™ Doll series has blue eyes, a light skin tone, and pastel rainbow hair. Both of these dolls come wearing printed dresses with mesh hems, zip-front moto jackets with star zipper pulls, and glittery flat shoes. Since the dolls are the standard 18-inch size, all American Girl outfits and accessories will fit. All Truly Me™ Dolls also come with the paperback book Friends: Making Them & Keeping Them. This interactive book helps girls learn how to make new friends and make the most of the friendships they have, and is full of quizzes, crafts, advice, and true stories.
