- Pillsbury refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust, cut into rounds

- Start by preheating the oven to 425. Then, spray muffin tins with non-stick spray.
- Next, spread out the pizza crust on a floured surface. Then, roll out the dough into a thin layer.
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut a round piece of dough.
- Then, stick it into the muffin tin, with the dough coming up on the sides of the tin.
- Add sauce, cheese, and mini pepperoni to the dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the dough turns golden brown, and cheese melts.

Great texture and simple to follow recipe but the basic version we found a little bland, swapped in scallions for chives mixed feta with romana for the cheese component and added some diced serrano and it was much better received.
