  • 6 sprigs fresh Thyme
  • Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Basil, chopped
  • Kosher Salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper
