  3. Next, drain the beans again, and then pat dry.
  4. Toss the beans, in a bowl, with the tomatoes.
  5. Then, in a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture over the green beans. Cover the bowl, and chill for at least 1 hour before you serve.
  7. Add the feta cheese and bacon right before serving.
