Yogurt Cucumber Dip recipe ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Plain Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 English Cucumber, peeled and shredded
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh Dill
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Pita Bread, cut into bite size pieces

Step 1
Peel and shred cucumber (making sure you don’t get any seeds).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, fresh Dill, and lemon juice, stir in cucumber.
Step 3
Allow dip to blend for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 4
Serve with pita bread.
