- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 3 Tablespoons of Olive oil (or canola)
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
How to Cook Easy Buffalo Chicken Bites
Step 1
Rinse the chicken and pound it lightly – pounding your chicken with a mallet helps it be more tender.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Step 3
Mix the dry ingredients – the chili powder, flour, and spices.
Quick note: For a hotter flavor, increase the ratio of chili powder to flour.
