Easy Buffalo Chicken Bites Ingredients

  • 3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tablespoons of flour
  • 3 Tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive oil (or canola)
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste

How to Cook Easy Buffalo Chicken Bites

Step 1

Rinse the chicken and pound it lightly – pounding your chicken with a mallet helps it be more tender.

Step 2

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Step 3

Mix the dry ingredients – the chili powder, flour, and spices.

Quick note: For a hotter flavor, increase the ratio of chili powder to flour.

Step 4

Coat the chicken. We do that by dumping our ingredients into a ziplock bag, along with the chicken bites.  Seal the bag and shake it until the chicken is fully coated.

Step 5

Fry the chili-dusted chicken in hot oil. Serve once you won’t burn yourselves. Enjoy!
