Have you ever considered taking a self defense class?
I have thought about it. It can’t hurt to be prepared in case I’m ever face-to-face with an attacker.
I just found out about a women-only course in Irving and the only cost is a $20 donation for their kids’ program. You might want to check it out too but you’ve got to sign up fast because tomorrow is the registration deadline!
The class is through the Irving Police Athletic League. They are hosting a rape aggression defense class for women, ages 13 years and older. This is a great opportunity to learn some new skills and gain the needed confidence in case you are ever in a dangerous situation.
