kids doing craft projectsMy kids and I love shopping at Lakeshore Learning near the Dallas Galleria. They have fun checking out the cool toys and playing in the play area. But I think I may love this store even more than my kids because I always find great products to educate my children in fun and interactive ways.   There are tons of toys and educational games for toddlers and preschoolers but I recently realized that they have educational toys for children up through 6th grade! Lakeshore Learning’s mission statement declares that they are dedicated to creating innovative educational materials that spark young imaginations, instill a sense of wonder and foster a lifelong love of learning. A lifelong love of learning….isn’t that one of the most important things that we can teach our children? This is done not only by providing great products to bring home but Lakeshore Learning also encourages hands-on exploration and creativity by inviting children and parents into their store every Saturday for a complete hands on craft activity to complete and take home with them.
