Mark your calendars: Angry Birds is turning two! December 11 is the 2nd anniversary of the embarrassingly popular game app. Whether you’re a newbie who just downloaded the free version to keep your kid quiet at Chili’s last week (ahem!) or a long-time addict fan, chances are you’ll want to get in on the celebration.
This year, Barnes & Noble is joining in the fun. Every B&N location across the US will be participating in special events between 11 am and 3 pm on Sunday, December 11. Take a break from the Christmas rush and visit your local store for the hourly “Birds & Noble” scavenger hunts–with a chance to win prizes (including an Angry Birds tee!). Some stores offer additional fun, like crafts, games, contests, and even a parade, so be sure to call ahead for schedule details.
