The convenient and compact chair that folds up and fits right in your pocket!
I like to sit!
I would like a chair that folds up and fits right into my pocket!
I bought the pocket chair!
I took it out of the box and set it up.
It unfolds and is re-enforced with a secured strap. ย I was surprised that it was sturdy.
It felt like it would NOT tip over.
It felt like it would cut off circulation to my unfortunately exposed thigh.
The seat is a strip of canvas that reminds me of a swing. ย That part was mildly comfortable, but it is attached at both ends to part of the thin metal frame which dug into my hindside to a point where I just had to stand up.
Not everyone in the family’s backside was too large for the seat.
Rhett, who is 5, has claimed the pocket chair as his own. ย He is not strong enough to fold and unfold it, but he carries it around wherever he goes.
I even found him sleeping with it one night.
He now calls it his chair.
So, the Pocket Chair has a happy ending at my house.
Oh, and for the big question…
Does the chair REALLY fit in your pocket?
You decide.
I have decided that anyone with a pocket BIG enough to accommodate the pocket chair, might have a behind too LARGE for it.
Oh~ Now maybe I need to go get one of those pocket chairs~ (Although perhaps “Pocketbook” chair might be more appropos) We could use a tiny chair for Feis’n ~ Sometimes there are very crowded venues, with no place to sit! And DD should “fit” the chair fairly well. I’m sure her 4yo brother would enjoy it as well.
Ah the things I miss not watching commercial TV….. thanks for the enlightenment. ๐
Hahahah this is hilarious. “My unfortunate exposed thigh” LOL I love this post. I can’t decide if this chair actually looks comfortable or not, but it’s amazing that it seems so sturdy! Would be nice to carry around in my daughters diaper bag to take a break every now and then haha
I would love to enter this contest for the pocket chair – I already have a little guy in mind who would love it for his backyard camping adventures with his dad.
Lol – that is EXACTLY how I feel about them. ๐ But my hubs wants one for when he and my 7 year old go fishing and although I have more than enough rear end, my hubs is sorely lacking, so it would likely be comfortable for him. ๐
I think the pocket chair is pretty cool. But from your picture, I don’t think that it would fit in a pocket. But a small backpack though, yes. It would be perfect for going to college football games!
