You will have the opportunity to visit a farm to learn about alpacas and meet the people who care for them. Every farm has their unique style of welcoming and educating visitors. You won't want to miss this experience!
She Is Dallas Info:   Nana’s Pacas Alpaca Ranch in Flower Mound is celebrating National Alpaca Farm Days.   They are located at 6504 Orchard Drive in Flower Mound. It has white fencing facing Rocky Point Road and is the first driveway on the right on Orchard Drive.  For more information, please call them at 817-490-8899 or visit the Nana’s Pacas website.   The ranch will be open to the public Saturday, September 25, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday, September 26, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.   This is a FREE event.
Nana’s Pacas Alpaca Ranch is owned and operated by Ellen and Tom Floyd at their residence in Flower Mound.   They fell in love with alpacas several years ago and have been breeding and raising them ever since. The Floyds are passionate about alpacas.   You can tell because they care for their alpacas like their own children.   This is a picture of a special alpaca.   The taller one in this picture is Rosemary and she was the first female alpaca that the Floyds purchased.   The smaller alpaca in the picture if Goldie, one of Rosemary’s daughters. two alpacas Alpacas are very docile and shy creatures but very friendly and sweet.   Many of the ones at Nana’s Pacas will eat right from your hands! little girl feeding alpaca on farm Come out to Nana’s Pacas this weekend and experience these beautiful alpacas for yourself.   Both children and adults will   have a good time.
