On Tuesday I made a serious scientific discovery.

I found that rain causes this:
And rain causes this:

  1. Aaah memories. The only time I have Legos on my floor anymore is when my nephews visit. But back in the day . . .

  2. I can so identify with these pictures. I have two boys but I swear sometimes it seems as if there are more hiding somewhere. I scrapbook and thought about taking pictures like this and scrap it. I think I will definately now! Love your blog!

  3. I agree 100% I have found this phenomenon in my household as well. Glad to know someone else has experienced it!

  4. It’s RAIN that causes that? I thought it was BOYS.

Even the puddles/river in the yard given the fact that Dylan has discovered the joys of peeing outside.

  5. Right? Mother Nature is really pissing me off now and I’m feeling so ineffectual in my rage against the clouds and the rain and the puddles and the mud.

  6. Truly, I can NOT wait to dry out. I don’t know if I’ve ever been as happy to see the sun as I was this morning.

  7. Those are some very interesting migrations–was the dinosaur eating the egg?Was the dumptruck there to clean up after blue man’s fall on his motorcycle? Mommies want to know 😉

  8. OMG…my house looks like a Littlest Pet Shop/Star Wars Galactic Heroes/Legos orgy and tornado wreck. I will see your rain day catastrophe and raise you spring break. 5 more days!!!!!

  9. if we could combine your toys and our toys — we could put several large chain stores out of business.

are girl toys as miniscule and migrating as boy toys?

hmmm, that doesn’t sound quite right….
