Wordle is an online strategy word game that has a new daily word. Each day you get up to 6 guesses to guess the word. Each word consists of exactly 5 letters.

How to Play Wordle

To play Wordle, go to the Wordle website using your computer or mobile device.

If you are new, it will walk you through the steps but the basics are:

  • The word of the day is always different
  • The word of the day is always 5 letters
  • After your first guess, if a letter is highlighted green it means you have the right letter in the right place.
  • If a letter is yellow, it means you have a correct letter but in the wrong place.
  • If a letter is grey, it means that letter isn’t in the word at all.
  • You get a total of 6 guesses each day.
