INGREDIENTS for Grandpa’s Easy Santa Fe Stew Recipe
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground lean turkey
- 1 medium onion (optional)
- 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning mix
- 1 pkg. Ranch Dressing mix (powdered)
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can light kidney beans
- 1 can dark kidney beans
- 1 can navy beans
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
WHAT TO DO to make Grandpa’s Easy Santa Fe Stew Recipe
Step 1
Brown meat together with onion (optional).
Step 2
Once the meat is cooked, sprinkle taco seasoning powder & ranch dressing mix powder over meat & stir to mix well.
Step 3
Add beans, corn, & tomatoes. Stir well & heat thoroughly.
Step 4
Let simmer for about 30 minutes. To serve, top with your favorite toppings. This stew is even better the second day, & freezes well!
