- 1 package Turkey Sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups Red Potatoes, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
- 1 head Broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups Mini Carrots
Ingredients for the Seasoning of One-Pan Sausage & Veggies
- 5 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese for topping (optional)
Easy One-Pan Sausage & Veggies Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut up all of the sausage and veggies (these should all be around the same size so it cooks evenly) and put on a lined baking sheet.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, onion powder, dried thyme, and salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour over sausage and veggies and toss.
Step 5
Put in the oven for 15-minute intervals — after 15 minutes remove and mix up — put in for another 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
Step 6
Add fresh parmesan on top and serve!

- Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Cut sausage and all of the veggies into bite sizes and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the sausage and veggies, then toss them carefully.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and mix the contents then bake it for 15 minutes more, or until the potatoes become soft.
- Sprinkle fresh parmesan cheese and serve!
