Radio Flyer is a well-known name and symbolizes those little red wagons we all remember from our childhood. There is a good chance you own one now for your little one. And now, that little red wagon you love and adore is making it’s way to a movie screen which is why you’ll want to mark Your Calendar for Radio Flyer’s Taking Flight premiering September 10th at 10 AM CT.
This award-winning animated short is inspired by the life and heritage of Antonio Pasin, inventor of the beloved Little Red Wagon. In the fictional tribute, what begins as a small boy’s boring day with Grandpa turns into a larger-than-life journey of imaginative play. To-date, the film has received more than 14 awards and accolades from international and local film festivals.
Radio Flyer’s Chief Wagon Officer Robert Pasin and award-winning director Brandon Oldenburg, CCO and partner of Moonbot Studios, are hosting an exclusive viewing party and Q&A in Radio Flyer’s hometown of Chicago. Audiences in Chicago and nationwide are invited to tune in to a Facebook Live Event to watch the film that will provide fun for the whole family to enjoy together.
