If there is one thing my picky daughter loves, it’s Taco Quesadillas! This is one of those easy recipes that is also packed with some nutritional value that they can’t even notice:)

And if your kids enjoy cheese quesadillas, this is very similar with just a few additions. Here’s the recipe:
Taco Quesadilla
Shopping List:
- 1 pound Hamburger Meat, ground
- Taco Seasoning
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Spinach
- Flour Tortillas
Instructions:
- Brown your hamburger meat, add taco seasoning and prepare as directed
- In a medium pan, layer flour tortilla, taco meat, shredded cheese and spinach in between another flour tortilla
- Cook on each side until the cheese is melted
- Slice into 4 quarters and serve
