Ingredients for the Meatloaf Meatballs Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese (we used the mixed shredded cheese)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • olive oil or non-stick spray for the casserole dish

  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  5. With a large serving spoon, put enough sauce to cover the top of each meatball.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size of the meatballs.
