Spring Chick Egg Breakfast Sandwiches ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper (to season eggs)
- 3 slices wheat bread (toasted)
- 1-3 slices deli turkey
- 3 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream (optional)
- 1 Black Olive (or a few slices)
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE Spring Chick Egg Breakfast Sandwiches
Step 1
Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and heavy whipping cream (if using).
Step 3
Pour into a hot pan. Stir for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Turn heat down to low, and continue to cook eggs, keeping them together (like an omelet). Flip them over midway through.
Step 5
Cut eggs, toast, turkey, and cheese using the egg-shaped cookie cutter.
Step 6
Cut small eyes out of the olives, and orange beaks and flower-shaped feet out of the cheese.
Step 7
Set an egg-shaped slice of turkey on top of the toast.
Step 8
Layer on the cheese, then egg.
Step 9
Add two olive eyes, 1 cheese beak, and 1 cheese foot to each spring chick breakfast sandwich.
Serve immediately.
