This super easy-baked eggs with ham and cheese recipe are consisted of, basically, all the ingredients mentioned in its name. It’s so flavorful, cheesy, and just so good. The best part? You’ll just let the oven cook it in just a few minutes!

TO MAKE EASY BAKED EGGS WITH HAM & CHEESE YOU’LL NEED

  • ramekins (or a non-stick muffin tin), coated in butter
  • eggs
  • sliced ham
  • sliced  Swiss cheese
  • half & half
  • salt & pepper

HOW TO MAKE EASY BAKED EGGS WITH HAM & CHEESE

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Coat your ramekins or muffin tin with butter.

Step 2

Line each cup with a slice of ham, then break an egg on top.

Step 3

Pour about a teaspoon of half & half on top along with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Step 4

Finish with a quarter piece of sliced Swiss cheese. Repeat this process until you’ve got enough for your group (young kids usually eat one egg, adults eat two), then bake for 12 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with crusty bread (throw that in the oven while the eggs are baking) and soft salted butter.
