Books to Ease Kids Worries

One of the many helpful ways to help your child learn some healthy coping skills in the midst of their jitters or anxiety is by reading them a children’s book that’s related to their problem.

They may not need another lecture about how there’s nothing to worry about, but a children’s book will share the same message and help ease their jitters as they relate to the characters in the story.
